相對塊頭大、價格高且維護復雜的工業機器人,客戶終選擇以E05-Pro協作機器人為核心,打造一款簡單實用的自動化焊接工作站,既能滿足“焊接機器人的操作要簡單,不挑使用者年齡”的基本要求,也可以通過拖拽的方式、快速將焊槍拖到目標焊點,完成焊接軌跡起點、終點和焊接參數的設置。焊接任務啟動后,1名焊工可同時監管多臺焊接機器人,工作效率大幅提升,焊工也變得輕松。

客戶選用的E05-Pro協作機器人實現一體化末端力控能力,車間操作人員拖拽示教時僅需3N以內的拖拽力(相當于拿起1本高中物理教科書的力氣),即可將焊槍輕松拖拽到指定位置;拖拽過程中,配合機械臂末端按鍵,可以快速完成焊接運動位置、焊接模板、運動軌跡設置,快速進行焊接作業。示教完成后,支持長時間、不間斷連續進行焊接,工人只需要定期上料、下料即可。“我們在客戶焊接車間進行反復測算,經過簡單培訓后,普工也能快速完成按鍵拖拽編程操作,達到客戶預期。”
